Moto Business Service Nigeria was incorporated as a limited liability company and as a subsidiary of Yamaha Motor Coy Limited in November 2021 with the aim of expanding mobility service businesses in Nigeria.
MBSN is an asset management business that provides leasing of vehicles to Mobility as a Service (MaaS) operators providing services for vehicle sharing, taxis, logistics, and more. By creating job opportunities through our business, the company will contribute to improving the quality of life for people in Nigeria.
MBSN aims to provide labour savings in logistics operations as well as provide solutions to mobility issues in area where public transportation is unavailable or not easily accessible.
MBSN team are dynamic, proactive, and customer focused team dedicated to giving our customers the best and most secure services aligned with a seamless and exciting service platform. MBSN unanimously provides excellent value to our customers and fair reward to its owners and employees.
MBSN will be registered as an active member of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN). ELAN is a Business Membership Organization (BMO), established primarily to promote the business of leasing in Nigeria. Membership of the Association consists of banks, finance houses, independent leasing companies, insurance companies, equipment vendors as well as professional firms and individuals.

Noda Takeo
Noda is an Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Planning and Finance Center in Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. He has been a professional for financing/treasury and corporate planning for a long time not only in Japan, Headquarter, but also in subsidiaries in Brazil and Thailand. He will support MBSN for financial arrangement with banks and/or inter-company loan.
Aota Hajime
Jim is a Senior General Manager in charge of New Venture Business Development & R&D Strategy Section in Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. He has been leading the investment to the startups as the Chairperson of Yamaha Motor Ventures. He was taking CEO role from 2019 to 2021. Prior to joining Yamaha Motor, Jim had been with Mitsui & Co., Ltd, in Tokyo, New York, Detroit and London. His experience in mobility and investment will accelerate the growth of MBSN.

Chijioke is an astute leasing professional with core competences in all aspects of leasing, marketing, fleet management, operating lease, etc. He has over 22 years of post-graduation experience all of which were in the Nigerian Leasing Industry.
