- 1 MBSN procures New and Used 2W and deploy them in Rental platforms, on revenue sharing basis model.
- 2 These vehicles are taken on rent by Individuals and Delivery executives or Mobility Service Captains, which ensures the agenda of creating employment.
- 3 MBSN procures New and Used 2W/3W and lease them out in Mobility Service Platforms across India on Operating lease model.
- 4 These vehicles are taken on long term lease by Mobility Service Captains at an affordable monthly lease value, which in turn ensures regular income and the agenda of creating employment.
- 5 MBSN also explores the opportunities to work with Last mile delivery platformers, especially with the companies who are keen in deploying EV 2W/3W.
Procurement of Spare Parts / Lubricants / Accessories:
Through a dedicated SCM team, Spare parts for 2W/3W are sourced from OEM/Dealers and reputed OE Suppliers, to ensure a viable proposition for all the stake holders.

MBSN sets up their own Workshop and Spare Parts Centre to service their 2W and 3W which are leased out to Captains in Mobility Service platforms and the vehicles which are deployed in Rental platforms.
Investment in people & Training
Investing in training our employees/ staff is an ongoing process and an important part of MBSN philosophy.
- 1 MBSN commits to the development and training of its employees who are trained in India and International market.
- 2 MBSN trains the existing riders of 2W/3W on Safe riding practice to reduce the number of accidents and longevity of Vehicle lifecycle.
- 3 Also, MBSN trains the riders on the importance of Preventive maintenance of the vehicles through regular meetings and DIY training programs.
- 4 MBSN trains Private Mechanics to upskill their knowledge on Products and Technology like BS 6, FI technology and other product upgradation.
- 5 MBSN provides Driving classes to the required set of Youth or Women and assist them in Securing Driving License to facilitate them in securing employment by enrolling them in Rapido platform or any other Last mile delivery platform.

Operating Lease
Leasing Motorcycles, Tricycles, and other vehicles to drivers through MaaS Platformers. Operating leases are a significant component of the leasing industry in developed economies. They also represent an important part of the future development that is currently taking place and will continue to take place in emerging lease economies.
Maintenance Service
MBSN will provide maintenance service to drivers of all platformers to minimize “non-active” situation and to keep leased vehicles active.
MBSN will outsource to each brand's directly managed workshop, but we will also set up multi-brand workshop in platformers’ premises to increase maintenance coverage and parts sales profit in the future. Heavy maintenance such as engine over hauling (OH) will be outsourced to each brand.
Our workers are going to be selected from a pool of certified and highly experienced auto repair mechanics and technicians in and around different locations as the business grows.
MBSN Accessories Shop
MBSN will also differentiate herself by not only offering a hassle-free repair service, but a fully stocked parts store. Not only will this serve a wide range of drivers for both service and parts, but the parts department will support the service department by allowing the service department to turnaround jobs faster than the competition with the needed parts in stock and on location.
